Who sees your information

NailForce stores submitted information in its hosted database and can view the profiles, salon addresses and business contact details, applications, hiring requests and messages needed to run the recruiting service. Salon contact information is visible to the salon account and NailForce; it is not published in job listings. Technicians see their own profiles and applications. Salon users see only their own salon’s hiring records and the introductions NailForce approves for that salon.

Contact stays with NailForce

Technician phone numbers, email addresses, portfolio links and recruiter notes are not sent to salon portals. Salons receive skills summaries selected by NailForce. Portal messages are between you and NailForce; there is no direct salon–technician chat.

Recruiting and referrals

Campaign and referral codes identify how people join. Referral counts do not expose the identities of referred technicians. Public professional and school pages may be researched as prospects. A public profile does not establish job interest or consent to join. NailForce reviews qualifications and interest before introducing anyone.

Accounts and payment

Sign-in uses your ChatGPT identity. Professional and salon registration is free. Salons can submit hiring needs without payment. Candidate access is a paid service; NailForce provides the applicable terms and confirms payment before enabling access. This site does not collect card information. Invoices and payment links are coordinated through NailForce.

Optional AI assistance

When AI assistance is connected and you choose to use it, your question and relevant career or hiring details are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The assistant excludes structured contact fields and social handles from the profile context. Do not enter private contact details in your question or career answers. AI suggestions do not update your records or make hiring decisions. Chat responses are not saved to your NailForce account; usage counts are stored to enforce daily limits.

Your choices

Update your professional profile in your portal. To withdraw, correct other records, or request deletion, message NailForce from your private portal. NailForce reviews and fulfills requests; deletion is not automatic.

Hiring opportunities and matches require human review. Registration does not guarantee a job or a placement.
